Structure consisting of a high volume fraction of refined complex boro-carbides in nano-scale (submicron size) crystalline phases. These are distributed uniformly in iron-based matrix esists to abrasion under heavy impact.

Overlays for room temperature as well as high temperature upto 9500C applications like sinter crusher bars, sinter stars, exhaust fans, screw edges, grizzly bars, mixer blades, components subjected to severe extreme abrasion under moderate impact.

Warning - Not suitable for overlays on CI, Mn-steel, and Austenitic S.S, and non-iron based like Ni, Co based alloys.
